Nafis, a Career counsellor, transitioned from Human Resources with a green belt certification in career counselling, a Certified Reinvention Practitioner (CRP) specializing in HR transformation and personal reinvention, and a PGDBA in Human Resources. More than 20 years of experience in corporations managing talent (people and culture) and evolving business environment needs.
I currently mentor in the Professional Open Mentorship Program at Leadership et Humanité (LEH), volunteering to support corporate professionals.

As an architect of students’ careers, I partner with students and parents to guide academic, personal, social, and career development with clarity and purpose. I help young believers discover their strengths, values, and calling—supporting them to grow in confidence, character, and competence. True success is not just achievement—it is alignment between ability, belief, and direction. My work goes beyond marks and milestones. I prepare students for life beyond grades—by equipping them with decision-making skills, emotional intelligence, energy and emotion management, design thinking, negotiation, and a future-fit mindset.
